The newly renovated luxury kitchen is fully stocked with high-quality cookware, appliances, and all the essentials you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner. Down the hall you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom. Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind and includes: • Crisp cotton bedding • Closet storage • Convenient charging stations • Room-darkening shades for restful sleep One of the bedrooms also includes a dedicated workspace with a desk, perfect for remote work or planning the day’s adventures. Lower Level The lower level provides even more room to relax and spread out. Here you’ll find: • A large family room with huge TV for movie nights • An additional work zone • A fourth bedroom with a private ¾ bathroom • Laundry area You’ll also find a wide selection of kid and baby gear, toys, and games — we try to make traveling with little ones as easy and stress-free as possible. Outdoor Space (A Guest Favorite) While the home itself is lovely, the outdoor space truly sets this property apart in the warmer months. The kitchen walks out to a deck with grill and overlooks a large fully fenced backyard perfect for relaxing or letting kids play. Highlights include: • Gravel patio with fire pit and plenty of seating • Deck with grill and large dining table • Hammock for relaxing afternoons • Space for yard games or tossing a frisbee • Kids playhouse with sandpit It’s the perfect place for evening drinks, roasting marshmallows by the fire, or simply enjoying the outdoors. Rainy Day Fun If the weather doesn’t cooperate, the garage game room keeps everyone entertained with: • Arcade game • Foosball • Movie lounge area The game room and outdoor furnishings are available May 1 – October 15. Parking There is plenty of parking available with space for multiple cars, boats, or trailers in the long driveway, plus a single stall garage. Kitchen & Breakfast Starter We stock the kitchen with essentials to help you settle in comfortably: • K-cups and tea • Sweeteners • Cooking oil, salt, pepper, and spices • Butter and jelly We also provide your choice of two breakfast items to get your stay started: - Yogurt or yogurt drinks - Bagels (plain) or muffins (typically chocolate or blueberry) - Eggs & bread for toast - Cheerios or Honey Nut Cheerios with dairy milk - Fresh seasonal fruit (usually apples, bananas, strawberries, and oranges) If you have favorites, feel free to let us know and we’ll try to accommodate when available! Traveling with Babies & Kids We know traveling with little ones can be challenging, so we aim to make things as easy as possible.
