Other Details to Note

This charming 1910s Craftsman has been thoughtfully renovated while maintaining its historic character. As with any older home, you may notice minor quirks such as: - Sloped or squeaky floors. - Occasional brief harmless yellow tint to the water if not used for a bit (I haven't noticed since updating all plumbing & filtered water is available in the fridge). - Harmless ladybugs or boxelder bugs (extremely common in MN). - Occasional plane noise at times (Sound machines and fans are provided for your comfort). We have a strict no-party policy - violations will result in immediate removal (I am always happy to discuss any small gatherings before your booking to see if we can accommodate!). We do have exterior security cameras & noise sensors for security purposes. Finally, please review our cancellation policy prior to booking—we recommend trip insurance. If you cancel after the policy window, we will relist the home and refund only the amount we are able to collect from a successful rebooking.

Great place, great stay with my multi-generational family. Lots of space for gathering and being apart. Beautiful interior and lovely backyard. Amber was one of the best hosts I have ever had the pleasure of staying with!. She thought of everything and her communication was fantastic!

Amber is an incredibly thoughtful host. We have stayed in her home twice and both times were blown away by how relaxing and family friendly she has made the place. Super comfortable and high quality!

The four of us loved our week-long stay! The home is beautifully furnished like a home you’d live in (not cheap / sparse like many Airbnb’s). The beds were comfortable and I liked being able to choose between a soft or firm pillow. We appreciated being able to relax in multiple places and cook our meals in a large, well-equipped kitchen. The Vitamix was a nice surprise! We managed to survive the week with only one bathroom :) The neighborhood is fantastic; walkable, charming and safe and close to shops and restaurants and two beautiful lakes to walk around. Cute Farmer’s Market on Saturdays and no need to worry about where to park. Loved being able to park off-street in the garage or driveway. Amber is a very professional host and I liked not having a list of chores to complete before checking out. Someone even came during the week to roll the trash bin to the street. The 1pm checkout was nice. Overall a great stay and a great representation of the best of Mpls!

As much as I’m tempted to gatekeep, I won’t. Don’t delay, just book Amber’s place. I’ve stayed at 5 other MSP airbnbs and hers is by far the best. She has thought of everything (down to ziplocks in the kitchen - thank you!). The house was great for our son: lots of toys, a park around the corner, and a closet filled with kid accoutrements. Beds were comfortable, design of the house was lovely, plenty of space for us to spread out and relax. And you can’t beat walking distance to Rosalia and Wild Rumpus. Thank you for a great stay!

What a great place! We were very comfortable here and Amber was an excellent host. The house is very attractive and clean. Amber even left a lot of breakfast items and coffee. This is a great location! Walking distance to several wonderful restaurants and 2 lakes.

Where do I begin? This home deserves 10 stars! I’ve stayed in quite a few AirBnBs & this one checks ALL of the boxes. Don’t hesitate, just book it. Amber is a phenomenal host - incredibly friendly & beyond thoughtful with everything she has put into this home. Her generous welcome gift of food is spectacular along with the stocked teas & coffees, and her supply of kid equipment & toys is the absolute best. She even helped me find a local egg hunt for my kids while we were in town! The decor in this home is so warm, comfy, and very high-end. There’s no shortage of dishes/silverware, blankets, amazing pillows, and great towels here. We thoroughly enjoyed using the 2 car garage as well. My kids loved the park right across the street & playing in the sandbox in the backyard. This neighborhood is beyond peaceful. We loved walking down to Wild Rumpus for a fun shopping experience, Sebastian Joes for great ice cream, & explored the nearby lakes. I would absolutely & happily stay here again!

We loved our stay! It was so thoughtfully designed with everything you could need. We had two kiddos with us and this was the perfect place-with Amber even brining in a full sized crib for us to use! You can tell they take pride in their space and truly want you to have a good experience. The area is really nice with so much in walkable distance. We will definitely stay here again!

I could not recommend this home more highly - we had such a comfortable stay at Amber’s place, it was like a home away from home. Amber was quick to respond to all of our needs and Ben even cleared away all the snow in the driveway when a blizzard snowed us in. An amazing home, with everything you would need, spotlessly clean and so beautifully decorated. We will stay here in the future, for sure.
